TTB operational reports (5110.11, 5110.40, 5110.28) and the excise return (5000.24) are generated from the activity already in the system, with audited proof-gallon math. The same activity drives true cost per barrel with FIFO cost layers and margin by channel, so the numbers you plan against are the numbers in the rickhouse.
